Fescue Blend
Our blended fescue is a cool season grass with dark green color, good density, and a more extensive root system than other lawn grasses. It is well adapted to cold winters and warm summers, making it a good lawn for a wide variety of uses including residential and commercial landscapes, parks and recreation areas.

Thermal Blue – Hybrid Bluegrass
Thermal Blue is a hybrid bluegrass that tolerates heat better than other Kentucky Bluegrass varieties growing in the transition zone of the United States. Thermal Blue has a medium green color and a finer leaf blade than most fescue varieties. Studies indicate that Thermal Blue also performs well in shaded areas. Thermal Blue is a cool season grass and will maintain its green color during winter months.

Bluegrass Blend – 50% Thermal Blue, 50% Solar Green
This sod is a hybrid bluegrass blend containing 50% Thermal Blue and 50% Solar Green Bluegrasses. (See above for Thermal Blue information.) Solar Green, like Thermal Blue, is a hybrid bluegrass that tolerates heat better than other Kentucky Bluegrass varieties growing in the transition zone of the United States. Solar Green has a medium green color and a finer leaf blade than most fescues. Solar Green shows more rhizome activity than Thermal Blue which makes it a more aggressive grass and able to repair itself quicker.

Tifway 419 Bermuda
A warm season grass which is dark green, dense, and low growing via rhizomes and stolons. It is best adapted to hot, dry climates with an excellent heat tolerance. It performs best during periods of heat and has a winter dormancy period. 419 can tolerate heavy traffic and when injured, recovers rapidly.
Tifton 10 Bermuda
This bermudagrass is coarse textured with a dark bluish-green color. Tifton 10 exhibits good winter hardiness and early spring green-up. Golf course roughs, low traffic athletic fields, and commercial landscape areas are best suited for Tifton 10 bermuda.

Quickstand Bermuda
Quickstand is a wide blade bermudagrass having a medium green color. This grass is known best for its superior rate of growth and winter hardiness. Quickstand recovers from divots and heavy traffic very quickly, making it an excellent choice for golf course tees, fairways and athletic fields. Quickstand is adaptive to a wide range of soil conditions as well.
Meyer Zoysia
A warm season grass with medium green color, which forms a dense, low maintenance lawn. Like Bermuda varieties, zoysia also spreads via rhizomes and stolons. It tolerates heat very well with good cold hardiness and drought tolerance. Meyer Zoysia tolerates shade better than bermuda grass but growth will be slower in shaded areas. Zoysia has the best wear resistance of any grass.
